Motorway and post-test tuition can be tailored to the situations you want more experience with. This may include joining and leaving motorways, lane discipline, changing lanes, overtaking, reading traffic flow, maintaining safe following distances and planning further ahead at higher speeds.
Training can also include dual carriageways, longer journeys, unfamiliar routes and other higher-speed roads where you would like more confidence before driving independently.
Building confidence beyond the test
Passing the driving test is an important milestone, but it is also the point where you begin gaining experience independently. Extra tuition can help you approach new types of driving in a calm, structured way rather than having to work everything out on your own.

Pass Plus
Pass Plus is an optional practical training course for newly qualified drivers who want to build further experience after passing their test. It can cover areas such as motorway driving, rural roads, town driving, dual carriageways and driving in different conditions.
It is not something every driver needs, but it can be a useful option if you would like a more structured way to develop your skills and confidence after passing.
